Welcome to my life
New Haven Register
NEW HAVEN — New Haven area employers will either make do with existing staffing levels during the fourth quarter of this year or cut jobs, according to a new survey.
The survey — released by the Connecticut office of Manpower, the nationally recognized employment firm — found that a little more than half of the firms surveyed — 53 percent — said they planned to keep staffing levels the same as they are now. But 40 percent of the companies that participated in the survey said they expected to reduce employment levels.
This is the exact same job market that I am trying to find work in. Good thing that my former employer is still in business though. Wouldn’t want the CEO or anyone to have to try to find a job. Or pay a frickin’ mortgage.
And no, I’m not bitter at all…
